What We Store, and What We Don't
Short, because there isn't much. Last changed 8 September 2026.
What We Hold
All of it, and nothing else:
- Your email and your first name. The name is what the sign-up form asks for so a page can say hello. The email is how you sign in and how a receipt reaches you.
- Which plan you're on, and the customer id Stripe gave us so your billing page opens on your own subscription.
- One row per batch you write. The date, the genre, how many songs, the settings you asked for, and the numbers those songs were written from. That row is what puts a batch on your list weeks later and what lets you write it again.
- Which songs you've bought, so nobody else is handed them.
What We Don't
No analytics. No tracking pixels, no advertising, nothing from Google or Meta or anybody else. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in, and it's set by Supabase, who run the database and the sign-in.
We never see your card. Payment happens on Stripe's pages and what comes back to us is a message saying which plan you're on. Your card number, its expiry and your billing address are Stripe's and never ours.
We don't read your songs, listen to them, or use them to train anything. There is nothing here to train: the generator is rules, not a model, so your work is never anybody's input.
Who Else Touches It
Three companies, each doing one job. Supabase holds the account and the batch rows. Stripe takes the payments. The server the generator runs on writes your songs and hands them to you. Nobody else, and none of them gets your data for anything but their own job.
How Long
A batch's files are deleted 72 hours after it is written. The row that describes it stays as long as your account does, because that row is what lets you write those songs again.
Ask us to delete your account and we delete it: the account, the batch rows, the lot. Songs you hold an exclusive on stay retired, because that's a promise made to you and undoing it would hand your songs to somebody else. Ask us for a copy of what we hold and you'll get it.
Asking
Use the Get in touch button at the bottom of any page. One person reads it and answers.
